Protective devices (PD) are designed for protection and hermetic sealing of entries and transport openings as well as air ducts in different structures.
Protective devices operate in non-hazardous area — air with diesel vapors of fuel, oil, water, and dust, in temperatures interval from minus 40 °С to plus 40 °С, seismic strength up to 50q (depending on PD type).
COD valves operate in slightly aggressive and aggressive environment. At installation into structure, coamings (framings) of protective devices are to be welded along the contour to the supporting iron or embedded in the construction concrete using anchors (in PD set).
Hermetic doors (DG) for openings of 60×160 cm, 80×180 cm, 120×180 cm are designed for hermetic sealing of openings in structures.
Protective-hermetic doors (DZG) for openings of 80×180 cm, 120×180 cm are designed for protection and hermetic sealing of openings in structures from air-gas wave. Acceptable conditional load: 0.7; 1.35; 3; 10; 30.
Doors opening principle — throw-opened, angle of opening is 180°. Opening method is manual, from inside and outside. Opening direction — left or right. Working position (installation) — vertical.
Alarm group “open-closed” and blocking unit of closing down mechanism may be installed on doors, if necessary. Hermetic door — DG. Protective-hermetic door — DZG. Throw-opened protective-hermetic lock — ZZGR.
Manholes-covers (LK) for openings Ø 60 cm, 80×80 cm are designed for openings overlapping in structures.
Hermetic manhole (LG) for opening Ø 60 cm is designed for openings overlapping and hermetic sealing in structures.
Protective-hermetic manholes (LZG) for openings of 70×70 cm and 80×80 cm are designed for protection and hermetic sealing of structures openings from air-gas wave. Acceptable conditional loads: 0.5; 1.35; 3; 10. Alarm group “open-closed” and blocking unit of closing-down mechanism may be installed on manholes, if necessary.
Hermetic fireproof manholes (LPG) for openings of 70×70 cm, 70×110 cm are designed for openings overlapping and hermetic sealing in structures.
Fire-resistance of manholes is 2 hours. Opening principle of all manholes — throw-opened. Opening method is manual, from inside and outside. Working position (installation) — horizontal and vertical.
Hermetic shields (SchG) and protective-hermetic (SchZG) for openings (width x height): 200×250 cm, 300×350 cm are designed for openings overlapping and hermetic sealing in structures.
Shield for the opening of 200×250 cm may be equipped with door with the opening of 60×80 cm or manhole with the opening of 50×60 сm. Acceptable conditional load: 0.05.
Opening principle: shields are throw-opened, manholes and doors are throw-opened. Opening method is manual, shields are opened only from outside, manholes and doors — from outside and inside.
Hermetic locks (ZG) and protective-hermetic locks (ZZG) are designed for protection and hermetic sealing of transport openings in structures. Openings dimensions (width х height) in cm: 250×230; 300×300; 350×300; 210×420; 450×360.
Acceptable conditional load of ZZG: 3, 10 and above. Opening principle — retractable and throw-opened. Opening method — by electromechanical or hydraulic drive. Opening direction — left or right.
Diaphragm cutout valves (COD) are designed for overlapping ventilation systems rooms in structures. Output is 1000, 5000 и 20000 m3/h. Mounting position — at any angle.
Reverse-flow valve ОK-300 is designed for preventing occurrence of airflows out of the structures through air chutes at speeds exceeding
Minimum air flow leading to valve closing is from 6500 to 11500 m3/h depending on valve setting angle.
